For owners and developers

Owners and Developers: Read the Updates Your Builder Chooses to Send

Owners and developers usually hear about the job only when the builder sends an update. Punchlists AI does not give you a separate system that watches the crew on its own. The Field App includes a client dashboard, and the builder chooses which texts, tasks, and photos you receive. Ask what they will send, and how often.

The snag

Your picture of the job is whatever gets forwarded.

If the only news is a weekly email, you find punch items and delays late. A flood of every crew text is not better. You need a short record the builder meant to send.

  • Ask which rooms, photos, and delays you will see.
  • Ask who sends them and on which days.
  • Do not assume you can see every sub text. The product does not work that way.
What you can do here

The client dashboard shows what the builder shares.

Pricing lists a client dashboard on the Adopter Pro trial. The homepage says Punchlists AI does not blast subs or clients on its own. You see the updates the builder chooses.

  • Read the note and the photo together.
  • Reply through the path the builder gives you.
  • Keep cost and contract decisions in writing outside a casual text, unless your contract says otherwise.
What this is not

This is not your own private field log of the crew.

Some products sell the owner a separate number the site team texts, so the record belongs to the owner. Punchlists AI does not publish that offer. If you need a record the builder does not control, this page will not pretend you have one.

  • Ask the builder what they will share.
  • Managed Solutions can build custom reports. Scope and price are not listed here.
  • TODO: if an owner-held record is added later, document it on this page before claiming it.

Questions

Can I watch every text the crew sends?

No. The builder controls outbound updates. You receive the texts, tasks, and photos they choose to share on the client dashboard.

Is there a price for owners?

This site prices the Field App trial for the company that signs up (Adopter Pro, free). It does not list a separate owner plan. Ask the builder who holds the account.

Will this replace my contract or pay application?

No. Nothing on this site says a text changes the contract, the schedule, or a pay application. Use the path your agreement already requires.
